Mrs. Fleming

At Marilla Primary this year, I work with students in 3rd and 4th grade in a variety of different roles based on each individual IEP. My roles include:

Resource Room Teacher - I provide direct, specialized instruction and academic remediation and assistance with assignments.

Consultant Teacher - I push into the student's general education classroom(s) to support their developing skills, to assist the teacher and/or aide and provide support to ensure the individual needs of the students are being met so they are successful. 

15:1 Math Teacher - I teach students that require a more explicit instruction on the grade level curriculum with accommodations and modifications.  The students come to my classroom to receive the support that works best for them.
