Dear Marilla Primary Families,
We hope everyone stayed warm and dry during yesterday’s snow day, and are happy we get one more day with students before the long weekend.
A reminder that our PTO Movie Morning is tomorrow, January 17th at the Aurora Theater in East Aurora. Students who attend Marilla Primary receive free admission and a snack at the theater. Be sure to bring your movie ticket that came home earlier this week. Doors will open at 10:00 am. Seating is limited so please plan accordingly. We hope you see you there!
I would like to provide a quick update regarding the transition of our school nurse. I am excited to share that Mrs. Kelly Jean Helbling was officially appointed at the BOE Meeting on Wednesday. Kelly Jean subbed most of December and this month so some of you may have had the pleasure of speaking with her. Kelly Jean brings vast experience as a Registered Nurse and most recently served as an RN in a local pediatrician practice. Over the past few weeks, we have already seen her exceptional care for our students and her strong attention to detail while filling in.
We are grateful for the expertise, compassion, and professionalism she brings to Marilla Primary and are so happy to welcome her as an official member of our faculty and staff!
